Roof Health Report
Following each RoofCare visit, you’ll receive a record of the work completed and the condition of the roof.
Where relevant, this can include photographs of areas requiring attention, recommendations for further work and suggested timing for the next maintenance visit.
It also provides a useful record of ongoing roof maintenance.
Small problems are easier to deal with early.
A small area of corrosion, a deteriorating flashing or a blocked gutter is much easier to address before it develops into a leak or causes damage elsewhere.
RoofCare FAQs

The appropriate frequency depends on the roofing material, the property’s location, surrounding vegetation, exposure to salt or pollution, the presence of moss and lichen, and the requirements of the roofing product.
Some roofs may benefit from annual maintenance, while others may require more frequent attention.
